This skirt is semi-sheer, lightweight, embroidered, and the best part? It has pockets! Perfect for festivals, or just to beat the summer heat.
In some settings this fabric is definitely dark blue, and in others, it's emerald green, hence the name.
The fabric was found at Fab Cycle, a place where some really cool dead-stock fabric goes to find new life.
The 3" elastic waistband fits 44"-50" waists, and the skirt is about 31" long, including the waistband.
